She was predeceased by: her fathers, James David and Otis Lowder Mauldin; her children, Allen Gaddy and Tammy Gaddy Whitley; and her grandson Ben Thompson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Melanie Gaddy Fleming (Glenn) of Mt. Gilead and Sharon Gaddy Thompson (Dale) of Mt. Gilead; her daughter-in-law Tracy Gaddy of Albemarle; her grandchildren, Justin, Cory, Katie, Thomas and Derek; her great grandchildren, Trenton, Ella Rose, Ivy, Eli and Camden; and her pet Timmie. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
