With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Zettie Shelton of Mount Airy, North Carolina, born in Surry, Virginia, who passed away on December 11, 2020 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Grover C. Cockerham and Treva Smith Cockerham; and her husband Kenneth T. Shelton. She is survived by: her son David A Shelton (Nadine); her grandson Dwight D. Shelton; and also, Rose McCraw and Shanny Chappell. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
