He was predeceased by: his parents, William J. Anderson and Wilma Sue Gillespie Anderson; his wife Nora Ann France Anderson; his son Billy Anderson; his grandson Andrew William Alderman; and his siblings, Donnie Anderson and Helen Williams.
He is survived by: his daughters, Alice Sotti, Susan Anderson, Laura Metts (Steven) and Sallie Needham (Jason); his grandchildren, Bailey Reynolds, Taylor Reynolds, Eljah Vernon, Ezra Vernon, Brantley Vernon, Nathan Alderman and Michael Metts; his great grandchildren, Conner Alderman and John Metts; his sister Estelle Wilkey; his caregiver Wanda Williams; and his cousin Wanda Williams.
