William Early Scott Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Early Scott of Mount Airy, North Carolina, born in Surry, Virginia, who passed away on October 27, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Early Reid; his wife Millie Jacqueline "Jackie" Coleman Scott; his daughter-in-law Kim Scott; and his siblings, Imogene Owens, Barbara Hicks and Charlie Scott.
He is survived by: his sons, William Gregory "Greg" (Holly Scott), Andrew Reid "Andy" Scott of Clemmons and Christopher Jackson "Chris" Scott (Lynn Payne); his grandsons, Dustin Gregory Scott (Ashley), Andrew Kyle Scott, William Coleman Scott, Jackson Snow Scott and Dillon Gray Scott; his great grandchildren, Lily Scott, Sylus Scott and Haley Scott; his brother Larry; and his sister-in-law Lou Scott of Mount Airy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
