He is survived by: his wife Rachel Josephine Norman Badgett; his daughter Tammy; his son-in-law Doug Needham of Mocksville; his sons, Keith (Coby Badgett) and Jason (DeAnn Badgett); his grandchildren, Dylan Badgett, Damon Badgett, Joshua Badgett (Corletta), Justin Badgett, Brandon Sawyers (Johna) and Logan Needham; his siblings, Jane Vernon of Mount Airy, Mary Ruth Johnson of Greensboro and Paul; and his sister-in-law Loyda Badgett of Georgia. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
