With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Willard May of Mount Airy, North Carolina, born in Alamance, North Carolina, who passed away on November 22, 2020 at the age of 75. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Willard May to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Arlie May and Isabelle Tingen May. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Edmonds May; his siblings, Martha Clarke, Patsy Porter, Lois (Gene Crawford), Daisy Lincoln and Arlie C. May, Jr.; his niece Michele Wilmoth; and his nephew Jason Wilmoth. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
Respecting the current limitations of numbers for public gatherings at this time (COVID-19), a graveside services will be held on Friday, November 27, 2020, at 2:00 pm in the cemetery of Glory Light Baptist Church.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Glory Light Baptist Church, 149 Glory Light Church Lane, Siloam, NC 27047 for Shirley May.
