Wanda Midkiff Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wanda Midkiff of Mount Airy, North Carolina, born in Surry, Virginia, who passed away on July 28, 2020 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Martin and Mary Catherine "Cassie" Haynes; her husband Lonnie Elmen Midkiff; her daughter Tracey Lynn Midkiff; and her siblings, Diane Marie Haynes, Tommy Haynes and Joseph "Joe" Haynes.
She is survived by: her daughter Vickie Williams; her son-in-law Darryl Williams; her siblings, Nellie Taylor, Lorraine (Kornell Hooker), Wade (Carol Haynes) and Glenn (Ginger Haynes); and her grandchildren, Hannah, Cameron and Avalynn. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Respecting the current limitations of numbers for public gatherings at this time (COVID-19) there will be a graveside service at 2:00 PM Sunday, August 2, 2020 at the Peoples Church Cemetery.
