It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Treva Dowell (Mount Airy, North Carolina), born in Surry, Virginia, who passed away on April 17, 2018, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Leo Dowell, Sr.; her children, Bobby Galyean and Janet Dowell; and her siblings, Mabel Boles, Reece Galyean, Lynwood Galyean and Ralph Galyean.
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Leo Dowell, Jr.; her wife Terri; her son Reid; and also, Mark Galyean (Ginger), McKenzie, Brooklyn and Taylor Galyean.
