He was predeceased by: his father James Howard Stoltz. He is survived by: his mother Glenna Shatley Stoltz; his wife Debra Midkiff Stoltz; his children, Amy Pait (Matthew) and Christopher Stoltz (Maya); his grandchildren, Archer Stoltz, Teagan Stoltz and Cameron Pait; and his siblings, Donna Taylor (Joe) and Randy Stoltz. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and in-laws.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to First Presbyterian Church, P.O. Box 1286, Mount Airy, NC 27030.
