It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Terry Worrell Sr. (Mount Airy, North Carolina), who passed away on November 18, 2018, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his sister Dedra Thompson; and his mother-in-law Mary Lee Key. He is survived by: his spouse Janet Key Worrell; his sons, Terry Worrell, Jr., Caroline, Thomas Worrell, Jessica, Richard Worrell, David Worrell and Ashely; his grandchildren, Nathan Gwyn, Nick Worrell, Nathan Worrell, Emily Worrell and Hunter Worrell; his siblings-in-law, Sheryl, Troy McMillian, Jr., Faith and Albert Purdue; and his father-in-law Eugene Key.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorial contribution be made to Moody Funeral Home to assist with the funeral expenses.
