He was predeceased by: his sister Dedra Thompson; and his mother-in-law Mary Lee Key. He is survived by: his spouse Janet Key Worrell; his sons, Terry Worrell, Jr., Caroline, Thomas Worrell, Jessica, Richard Worrell, David Worrell and Ashely; his grandchildren, Nathan Gwyn, Nick Worrell, Nathan Worrell, Emily Worrell and Hunter Worrell; his siblings-in-law, Sheryl, Troy McMillian, Jr., Faith and Albert Purdue; and his father-in-law Eugene Key.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorial contribution be made to Moody Funeral Home to assist with the funeral expenses.
