He is survived by: his wife Frankie Atkins Lowe; his nieces, Linda Gravely, Ann Pack, Tammy Smith (Craig), Sheila Watts (Danny) and Audrey Tucker (Todd); his nephew Clarence Goings (Nelda); his sisters, Mary Faye Jarvis, Helen Bartley and RuNelle Moran; and his sister-in-law Barbara Adkins Amoss (Howard).
