He was predeceased by: his siblings, Nancy Flippin, Shirley Tucker, Lucille Riggans, James Hawks and Bobby Hawks.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Payne Hawks; his sons-in-law, Tina Anderson, Jason Anderson, Traci Parries and Rodney Parries; his grandchildren, Nicole Corns, Savana Parries and Haylee Parries; and his great grandchild Caden Hawks. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
