She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Hawks and Priscilla Hawks of Rockingham, NC.; and her siblings, Harden, Dee, Earl, Ed Hawks and Rada Cooper.
She is survived by: her daughter Angie Swaim (Terry) of Germanton, NC; her stepchildren, Steven Robison (Cammie) and Stephanie Taylor of Decatur, IL; her grandchildren, Mandy Crouse (Philip) of King, NC, Carla Montgomery (Kevin) of Pfafftown, NC, Tony Swaim of Troutville, VA and Jessie Robison of Decatur, IL; and her great grandchildren, Adalee, Bryce, Caris, Everly Crouse, Lillian Ruth, Braxton and Hazel Montgomery. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
