With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shelby Jean Phillips Hinson of Mount Airy, North Carolina, who passed away on October 3, 2024 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Connia Dallas Phillips and Bessie Louvenie Rigney Phillips; her husband Bobby Franklin Hinson; her son Mark Beamer; her grandson Evan Marcus Beamer; and her siblings, Virginia Sue Phillips Dodson, James Thomas "Tommy" Phillips and Connia Dallas Phillips, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Kathy Sykes, Nancy (Charles Thompson), Debbie Beamer and Mike (Deborah Beamer); her granddaughter Amy Arnold; and her niece Teresa Phillips.
