It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Samuel Brown (Mount Airy, North Carolina), who passed away on July 15, 2018, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his former wife Adell Burt Brown; his stepsons, Santee Drew and Howard Martin; his stepfather Lonnie Thomas Urquhart, Sr.; and his sister Shirley D. Urquhart Willis.
He is survived by: his wife Annie Brown; his children, Shalichia Brown of Florida, Tovelta Baines (Curtis) of Virginia, Margaret Stephenson (Samuel) of Florida, Rhonda Flowers (Jason) of Virginia, Samuel Brown, Jr. of Virginia, Latoria Reddix of Mississippi, Ammie Brown of Virginia, Eric Garrett of Virginia and Sherry Brown of Virginia; his stepchildren, Bernice Matthews, Victoria Parham (Pilot) and Sonya Minga (Lewis); his mother Ida Louise Brown Urquhart of Franklin; and his siblings, Raymond Brown of Virginia, Abraham Urquhart of Virginia, Lonnie Urquhart of Virginia, Larry Urquhart of Virginia, Mable Urquhart of Virginia and Joe Urquhart of Virginia.
