She was predeceased by: her father Lueyco Slate; her husband Johnnie Ernest Creed; her son Terry Creed; and her siblings, Betty Atkins, Bobby Alvin Slate, Howard Eugene Slate, Billy Gray Slate and Herbert Slate.
She is survived by: her daughter Judy; her son-in-law Ricky Easter; her grandchildren, Stewart, Angela Easter and Corey Easter; and her great grandchildren, Cole, Kaylan Easter and Courtney Easter. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
