He was predeceased by: his parents, John Banner and Faith Daniels Hawks; his wife Mozelle Goins Hawks; and his daughter Mellisa Robin Beasley. He is survived by: his children, Mike Hawks (Emily), Rhonda Harris (Tracey) and Kenny Gary; his grandchildren, Dustin, Kayla, Maddison, Morgan, Mason, Maggie, Dylan and Marley; and his siblings, Gerald Hawks (Linda) and Ann Puckett. He is also survived by Several nephews, nieces and cousins.
