He was predeceased by: his father Donald Eugene Ratcliff; his niece Carrie Bledsoe; and his nephews, Dustin Ratcliff and Anthony Ratcliff. He is survived by: his mother Patricia "Pat" Yvonne Jones Ratcliff; his siblings, Alisa Ratcliff Hutson, Randy Ratcliff and Rondale (Susan Ratcliff); his nieces and nephews, Corey, Kristal Bledsoe, Brandi, Travis Anders, Mandi, Adam Hiatt, Jenna Ratcliff, Halee Ratcliff, Emma Ratcliff, Alexis Ratcliff, Caden Ratcliff and Apple Ratcliff; and his close friend Debbie Haynes.

Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to the Joan and Howard Woltz Hospice Home, 945 Zephyr Road, Dobson, North Carolina 27017.
