She was predeceased by: her parent Phillis Haney Chapman; and her brother Gary Blakley. She is survived by: her children, Leigha Stanley, Wendy Warren and Josh Stanley; the father of her children Gary Stanley; and her siblings, Beth Holtsclaw and Rick Blakley.
