She was predeceased by: her parent Garnett Jefferson; and her brothers, Bill Cecil and Bobby Cecil. She is survived by: her parent Nellie Aldred Cecil; her daughter Dena Dollyhigh; her son-in-law Tim Dollyhigh of Mount Airy; her son Tim Ramey; her daughter-in-law Vickie Ramey of Dobson; her grandchildren, Brittany Church, T. J. Ramey, Tess Ramey, Garrett Draughn, Elliott Draughn, Ammen Mounce, Travis Dollyhigh and Amber Dollyhigh; her great grandchildren, Brayden Dollyhigh, Bryar Dollyhigh, Riley Church, Haley Church, Sophie Dollyhigh, Sadie Dollyhigh and Ansley Blaike Ramey; her sisters, Nancy Surratt of Mount Airy, Mattie Sue of Mount Airy and Neil Easter of Mount Airy; her brothers-in-law, Teena Moxley and Calvin Moxley of South Carolina; her brother Jay Cecil; and her sister-in-law Ila Cecil of Mount Airy. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
