It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rebecca Hennis (Mount Airy, North Carolina), born in High Point, North Carolina, who passed away on May 9, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lilla Cecil and Ira Bernard Dunn; and her husband Hugh Linwood Hennis, Jr. of Mount Airy. She is survived by: her sons, Dr. H. L. Hennis, III (Rachel Lynn Hennis) and Jeffrey Scott Hennis (Anne Richards Hennis).
