He was predeceased by: his wife Donna Caldwell. He is survived by: his siblings, Becky Watkins Holt (Mike) and Clinton Scott Watkins; his nephews, Clinton Scott Watkins, II and David Matthew Watkins; and his cousin Irma Smith.
