She was predeceased by: her parent Roscoe Rufus "Tobe". She is survived by: her daughter Devra Neal of Mount Airy; her daughter-in-law John Neal of Cary; her grandchildren, David Inscore, Laura Williams, Tyler Neal, Kevin Neal, Kaleb Neal, Landon Williams, Marcus Inscore, Julian Inscore and Jaydon Hayes; her husband Joe Bill Neal; and also, Lettie Margie Kirkman Inman, Jim Neal of Mount Airy, Joe Neal of Mount Airy and Kandy Neal of Mount Airy.
