He was predeceased by: his parents, Raleigh F. McMillian Sr. and Mary Susie Goins McMillan; his granddaughter Katrina Noel Burford; and his brothers, Tom McMillian, James Goins and Foster Martin.
He is survived by: his children, Randall McMillian, Barry McMillian (Cheryl), Jeffrey McMillian (Vicky), Eric Linville (Amy), Joseph McMillian (Christina) and Anna Burford. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren.
