It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Polly Marie (Brannock) Holder of Mount Airy, North Carolina, born in Surry, Virginia, who passed away on June 23, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Walter and Emma Blanche Brown Brannock; her husband Marvin Lee Holder; and her siblings, Cora Lee Brannock, Emma Brannock McBride, George Franklin Brannock and Jimmy Loville.

She is survived by: her daughter Dianne Holder Talley; her son-in-law Steve; her granddaughter Engle Talley Cook (James); her brother Walter "Lewis" Brannock; and her pet Tess. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
