She is survived by: her son Jeff; her daughter-in-law Shaytonya Tolbert; her grandchildren, Bridget Crist, Briley Ryan Tolbert and Ilah Ruth Tolbert; her siblings, Clara Smith Berrier and Silas Junior; and her sisters-in-law, Margaret Smith and Eva Smith. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
