He is survived by: his children, Tammy Yvonne Collins, Arthur Carl Bolen and Jeffrey Wayne Bolen; his grandson Teddy Ray Bolen (Shannon); and his great grandchildren, Cyrus Bolen and Orion Bolen. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
