She was predeceased by: her son Ramey Shelton; and her parents, Lowell Goins and Brooksie Goins. She is survived by: her siblings, Bernie, Patricia and Brenda; her son Jamie Shelton; her husband James C. Shelton; her daughters-in-law, Carmella Shelton and Donna Shelton; her grandchildren, Felicia Shelton, James Shelton (Bobbie Shelton), Jimmy Shelton (Megan Shelton), Justin Shelton (Hannah Shelton), Heather Evans (Cody Evans) and Ramey Shelton Jr.; and her great grandchildren, Annabelle Grace, Juliana, Ensley, Gabriel, Jimmy Jr., Tatum and Braden.
In lieu of flowers, James asks that you donate to Mountain Valley Hospice and/or Westfield Elementary School.
