It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Patricia (Pat) Ann Rutledge of Mount Airy, North Carolina, born in Gary, West Virginia, who passed away on January 23, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Kerr and Lodeemy Collins Martin; her husband C. T. Rutledge; and her son David Alan Rutledge. She is survived by: her children, Connelly Eugene (Debbie Rutledge), Randy Lee (Patty Rutledge), Donald Vincent (Linda Rutledge) and Karen Marsee; and her siblings, Helen Smith, Flo Hall, Nancy Martin and Jerry Martin. She is also survived by several grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; several great-great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
