It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Otis Bryant Shinault of Mount Airy, North Carolina, who passed away on August 13, 2023, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Otis and Rose Christine Spencer Shinault; and his cousins, Granville "Tiger" Shinault and Arnold "Bud" Shinault. He is survived by: his children, Alicia Hoop, William Otis Shinault (Brittany), Justin Marshall (Jessica), Michelle Hall (Brian), Brandon Marshall (Brianna), Courtney Shelor (Austin) and Bobby Marshall (Sherri); his wife Kathy Pack; his grandchildren, Bryant Hoop, Josiah Hoop, Kenzie Hall, Lydia Shinault, Colton Shelor and Jaxson Shelor; his brother Matthew "Scooter" Shinault; his cousin Clyde Shinault; and his close friend Frankie Marshall (Peggy).
