She was predeceased by: her husband Conley Carroll Hooker; and her siblings, Zora Ward, Laura Jessup, Lillian Martin, Inez Jefferson, Clinard, Ted and Rev. Jiles Tilley.
She is survived by: her son Carroll; her daughter-in-law Pat Hooker; her daughter Tami; her son-in-law Dean Goins; her grandsons, Mark Elliott Hooker (Holly) and Levi Justin Goins (Emily); and her great grandchildren, Ellie Caroline Hooker, Maizey Mae Goins and Junah Wade Goins.
