She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Vestal Noah, Sr. and Mary Houston Smith Noah; her husband Richard Stewart Sheppard; and her brothers, Roy V. Noah Jr., Lawrence Noah and Harold Noah.

She is survived by: her children, Mark Sheppard and Rhonda Pepper (Kent); her grandson Trent Carter (Michelle); and her brothers, Wayne Noah (Betty) and Burchell Noah (Lucy).
