She was predeceased by: her parents, Fletcher Goins and Annie Elizabeth Wilson Goins; her husband William Early Collins; and her siblings, Betty Jean Schmidt, Juanita Goins and Arthur Goins.
She is survived by: her daughter Patricia; her son-in-law Gary Faw of Raleigh; her grandchildren, Chris (Laura Faw), Ryan (Liz Faw) and Beth (Nick Perkins); her great grandchildren, Olivia Faw, Jacob Faw, Morgan Faw, Kayla Perkins, Aaron Perkins and Greyson Perkins; her siblings, Helen Hooker of Claudville, VA, Lib Goins of Mount Airy, Faye Hunter of Mount Airy, Inez Chandler of Mount Airy and Wayne; and her sister-in-law Ethel Goins of Murrells Inlet, SC. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID-19 concerns, attendees are requested to wear a face mask and practice social distancing.
