She was predeceased by: her parents, Fannie Teague and Conley Teague; her brother Bedford; and her husband Norfleet Umstead. She is survived by: her sons, Conley Umstead and Kevin Umstead (Pamela); and her grandchildren, Sean, Peter and Jennifer. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
