He was predeceased by: his parents, A. L. Goins and Jewel Hawks Goins. He is survived by: his sisters, Cyndy (Jimmy Vipperman) and Sarah (Rockey Tickles, Jr.); his nieces, Samantha Tickles and Katrina Tickles; and his nephew Rockey Tickles, III.
