She is survived by: her husband Wayne Pack; her sons, Jeffrey Wayne Pack (Madeline) and Kevin Pack (Lisa); her grandchildren, Davis Jeffrey Pack (Elyse), John Kevin Pack Jr. (Lindsey), Meredith Frances Fricke (Tanyon), Lauren Bailey Pack, Brenden Layne Pack and Landon McKinley Pack; her brother-in-law Louanne Frye (Don); and her brother Johnny Holloway.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in honor of Mrs. Pack to Mountain Valley Hospice or to Haymore Baptist Church.
