She was predeceased by: her parents, John Kern McMillian and Lucille Hart McMillian. She is survived by: her brothers, John Edward McMillian and Harold Hart McMillian; her husband Ronnie Warren Cox; her children, Meredith Paige Futrell, Krista Dawn Sawyers and Ronnie Heath Cox; and her grandchildren, Adam Thomas Shoaf, Joshua Aaron Futrell, Riley Grey Pendergrass and Summer Mackenzie Futrell.
