He was predeceased by: his father Larry Raymond Midkiff. He is survived by: his mother Penny Delane Midkiff; his sons, Colt Midkiff (Tessa) and Roby Midkiff (Catherine); his sisters, Renee Tilley (Ray) and Penny Lineberry (Chris); his grandchildren, Nadyia, Camii Midkiff, Eleanora, Aurora Midkiff and Austin Southerland; and his nieces and nephews, Gracie Tilley, Layla Lineberry, Bryson Tilley and Preston Lineberry.

In lieu of flowers the family asks for donations to The Joan and Howard Woltz Hospice Home.
