He is survived by: his father James Smith; his wife Debbie Hooker Smith; his children, Heather Smith and Dusty Smith (Katlin Johnson); his grandchildren, Kole Smith (Carleigh Lovill), Jayden Smith, Demi Johnson and Ramsey Johnson; his siblings, Ginger (Delma Beck), Robin (Roger Thomas), Cindy (Greg Hiatt) and Rev. Steve; and his sister-in-law Janie Smith. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
