It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marianne Pruett (Mount Airy, North Carolina), who passed away on January 1, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Robert Posey and Lucille Simmons Jones; her husband Gary Pruett; her children, Gail Pruett Theard (Leo) and David Pruett (Kathy); her grandson Trey Theard (LeeAnn); her son Chip; her granddaughters, Hollis Theard, Kellner Pruett and Meg Pruett; her sister Margaret Jones Townsend (Jim); and her son Paul Pruett.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Grace Moravian Church or the charity of the donor's choice.
