Margaret Goins McBride Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Margaret Goins McBride (Mount Airy, North Carolina), who passed away on January 27, 2022 at the age of 94. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Margaret Goins McBride to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Reid Goins and Lonie Byrd Goins; her husband James M. McBride; and her siblings, Hattie Sparks, F. H. Goins, Claude Goins, Arthur Goins (Bud), Harrison Goins and Ray Goins.
She is survived by: her son Jerry McBride (Rebecca); her grandson David (Amber); her great grandchild Maison; her sisters-in-law, Pauline Pell (Benjamin) and Vernell Goins; and her niece Betty Lou Teer. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Due to covid restrictions, there will be a private graveside service on Wednesday, February 9, 2022 at 2:00 PM at Korner's Grove Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery, 1139 McBride Rd., Mt. Airy, NC 27030 with services conducted by Eric Sawyers.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Cancer Services of Davidson County, 25 W. 6th Avenue, Lexington, NC 27292.
