She was predeceased by: her father Jerry Wilson; her husband Luther Edmonds; her siblings, Junior Brintle and Aline Fletcher; her son-in-law Willard May; and her grandson Jason Wilmoth.
She is survived by: her daughters, Shirley May of Mount Airy and Linda; her son-in-law Junior Wilmoth of Dobson; her son Ronnie Edmonds; her granddaughter Michele Wilmoth; her great grandchild Jayden Clay; her sisters, Nancy Culler and Ila Mae Creed; and her close friend Mary Harvey. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
