Puckett; her sisters, Edna White, Ora Blackburn, Opal Cox and Evelyn Sontag; her half-sisters, Bertha Cox, Ethel Nichols, Iris Yopp and Naomi McMillian; her brothers, Ferrell Blackburn, Roy Blackburn and Ray Blackburn; and her half-brother Elmer Blackburn.
She is survived by: her daughter Diane; her son-in-law Phil Lambert; her sons, Larry Puckett, Douglas (Pam Puckett), Lavin (Susie Puckett) and Brian (Amanda Puckett); and her sister-in-law Denzel (Gaye Blackburn). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; 5 great great-grandchildren; brother.
