She was predeceased by: her parents, Avalon Hall and Alta Jessup Hall; her son Timothy Hall Garland; and her siblings, Elizabeth "Libby" Hall Preston, Charlotte Hall Greene and William E. Hall.
She is survived by: her husband Alfred Eugene "Gene" Garland; her children, Cathy Garland Akers and Alfred Richard "Rick"; her daughter-in-law Lynn Garland; her grandchildren, Madison, J. C. Paulson and Lauren Akers; and her siblings, Velna Hall Doub and David Hall.
