She was predeceased by: her parents, Ellis Leftwich and Lillie Hiatt Leftwich; her husband Charles Herbert Hooker; her daughter-in-law Fay Hooker; and her brother Wilford Leftwich.
She is survived by: her sons, Phillip (Kay Hooker) and Jon Hooker; her grandchildren, Haley (Barrett Hinson), Anna (Chris Becker), Jessica Hooker, Matthew (Chiedza Hooker), Lauren Hooker and Erin Hooker; her great grandchildren, Lillian, Ella and Macie Hinson; and her sisters, Callie Martin, Betty Sutter and Mozelle Hiatt.
