She was predeceased by: her father Paul Lester Inman. She is survived by: her parent Vallie Chilton Inman Mrs; her children, Leslie McPeak (Mark) of Mount Airy, NC, Mark Sams (Debby) of Tampa, Patrick McPeak and Landon Sams; her cousins, Douglas Johnson, Vickie Isaacs and Sandra Paul; her close friends, Annabelle Marion, Rita Martin and Several; and her spouse Leo "Whitie" Sams. She is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, cousins and other friends.
Visitation 1 hour prior to service at 11:00 A.M. Flowers are accepted, or donations made to Mountain Valley Hospice in Mount Airy, North Carolina or cemetery fund at New Hope Methodist Church, Pilot Mountain, North Carolina.
