She is survived by: her daughter Summer; her son-in-law Chris Frye of Mount Airy; her son Anthony Ray Haynes; her grandchildren, Devin Burnett of Mount Airy, Kelsey Frye of Mount Airy, Taylor Haynes of Mount Airy, Ryan Frye of Mount Airy and Riley Frye of Mount Airy; and her husband Donald Ray Haynes.
