It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lewis Jones of Mount Airy, North Carolina, born in Surry, Virginia, who passed away on August 17, 2020, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Jones and Rosella Fulk Jones; his son Quiller Dixon; his brothers, Walter Jones and Henry Jones; and his brothers-in-law, Joey Tilley and Frank Mabe.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Judy Meredith; his siblings, Celia Mabe, Pansy Tilley, Frances Odum, Rosie Jones, Denny Jones and Charles Jones; and also, Rhonda Felts and Lewis. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
