He is survived by: his wife Betty Ruth Martin Draughon; his children, Lewis (Karen Draughon), Mark (Patricia Draughon) and Teresa; his son-in-law Greg Hampson; his grandchildren, Dustin, Elisabeth Draughon, Zachary, Jenny Draughon, Daniel Draughon and Shay Taylor; his great grandchildren, Jane Draughon, Mack Draughon and Hayden Draughon; and his brother Wayne Draughon.
