He was predeceased by: his father Loyd "L. H."; and his grandparents, Harlie "Dock", Annie Leonard Grey, Loyd Hugh Hawks, Sr. and Grace Leftwich Hawks.
He is survived by: his mother Helen Grey Hawks; his sister Cathy; his brother-in-law Bill Hull; his brother Hugh Hawks; and also, Will, Brea Hull, Adam and Amanda Hull. He is also survived by several great nephews, a great niece; aunts and cousins.
